Is a Bonzo eventhook required?
No, a Bonzo eventhook is not required. However, setting one up allows automatic lead import and triggers quote workflows directly from Bonzo events.
How do I know leads are in a sequence?
Check the History page — leads with active sequences will show a sequence indicator. You can also view all active threads from the Sequences page.
How do I import my email signature?
Go to Settings and click "Import from Bonzo" — your signature will be pulled in automatically from your Bonzo account.
How to regenerate a quote?
Open the lead from your History page and click "Regenerate." This creates a new quote with the latest rates while keeping the original lead information.
